How does conference coverage usually work?
I’m basically following the flow of the event — speakers, candid moments, networking, details. I stay out of the way when needed and step in when it helps, but the goal is to capture what it actually felt like to be there.
Do you offer same-day photos?
Yeah, if you need them. I can send over a small set the same day for social or recap, then follow up with the full gallery shortly after.
Can you do headshots during the event?
I can. If you want to add a headshot station, I’ll bring lighting and a backdrop and usually have someone assisting so it runs smoothly without pulling me away from the main coverage.
What’s your approach during a conference?
I keep things simple and stay adaptable. Conferences move fast, so I’m paying attention to what’s happening in real time and adjusting as needed — not over-directing, just making sure everything important gets captured cleanly.
Where are you based, and do you travel?
I’m based in Southern California, but I’m available for events nationwide and internationally. Travel is pretty straightforward — as long as the schedule makes sense, I’m happy to make it work.
